CREATIVE STRATEGY
I develop full creative strategies based on data analysis, collaboration with performance specialists, and my own insights into platform behavior.
I build monthly and quarterly action plans for Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok — combining strategic direction with clear creative execution frameworks. As part of this process, I also create detailed creative briefs that include precise instructions for designers, full copy proposals, audience personas, and content direction — ensuring that ideas can be executed clearly and consistently across teams.
My focus is not only on ideas, but on translating them into structured systems that drive performance and align with platform dynamics.
I also provide consulting in the areas of creative performance, UGC production, and effective video communication for social media.

WEBINARS & EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
I take part in selected educational initiatives, including webinars, workshops, consulting sessions, and podcast appearances.
Within one Polish marketing agency, I co-hosted a series of webinars focused on creative strategy and the Andromeda topic, took part in a podcast episode dedicated to the same subject, and contributed to educational video content. I am also a co-author of educational ebooks developed within the same organization, focused on creative strategy and content development.
In addition, I have delivered online trainings and an in-person training session in Warsaw for SGB Bank, focused on UGC video production for social media.
These experiences allow me to translate strategic and creative knowledge into clear, practical formats that support both individuals and teams in improving their content and creative processes.

TEAM EDUCATION
As a creative lead in a Polish marketing agency, I am responsible for guiding and developing the internal creative team.
This role gives me direct insight into the challenges teams face — from idea generation and execution to consistency and performance thinking. I use this experience to train, structure workflows, and improve the creative output of the entire department.
Because of this, I don’t approach education only from a theoretical perspective — but from real day-to-day leadership, where creative work has to be both scalable and effective.
